What is a recruitment marketing platform?

A recruitment marketing platform is on-demand software that enables companies to market their jobs to candidates anywhere on the web. A RMP unifies a number of key recruitment marketing services into a single platform, allowing companies to have a more holistic approach to attracting candidates.

Why do I need a Recruitment Marketing Platform?

Your current applicant tracking system (ATS) alone does not paint the full recruiting picture. Adding our WildFire Platform to the front end of your recruiting process will provide you with the analytics & metrics engine to give you a full detailed view of your recruitment funnel.

Your ATS is meant to be your recruitment management tool. WildFire is meant to be your recruitment marketing tool.

Are You an ATS system?

No, a recruitment marketing platform is not an ATS. However, our solution fully integrates with any ATS.

What ATS systems do you integrate with?

We can integrate with any ATS system. For our clients, we have integrated our platform with large ATS companies like Taleo and Kenexa as well as free ATS systems like JobScore and many others.

How are you different than a job distribution vendor?

While Job posting distribution is only one component of our recruitment marketing platform,it is an essential time saving benefit we provide our clients. We offer two main differences from most job distribution vendors. First, we offer a simple web interface that allows companies to send their jobs to multiple portals all at the same time (to major job boards, niche job boards, social networks, SEM campaigns, etc.). Second, we provide real-time recruitment metrics for every job ad we place, providing companies with rich data to make future recruiting decisions.

What job boards do you support?

We will implement whichever boards you would like to use in the system. We have many configured major and niche job boards, but you can provide us the list of boards you would like to use and we will implement them for you.

We also provide a job board directory for you to find new job boards you want to use.

Can we use our own posting inventory on your system?

Yes, you can configure any board with your own credentials and post using your own inventory. WildFire support slots and posting inventory, and will keep track of how much inventory you have remaining.

Do you charge extra to post to niche job boards?

No, the only additional costs are for the one-time setup fee to configure a new board.

Do you support international job boards?

Yes, we support international boards and any board that has an English version of their website.

Do you charge for updates to jobs?

No, you can update your jobs as many times as you like without any additional fees.

How do candidates apply? Do they apply through WildFire?

WildFire is used to market your jobs and get candidates to apply, but candidates will apply through your current ATS/website. We do not have candidates directly applying through our software.

Do you charge extra for reporting?

No, we believe metrics are a key part to optimizing a company's recruitment marketing and we provide it for free with our Global Job Posting Distribution solution.

What types of reports can I run?

We offer a variety of out of the box reports you can run, such as a graphical report showing how well your campaigns are performing in terms of views, apply clicks and applicants. You can also run more detailed reports to generate your recruitment metrics such as Cost per View and Cost per Apply Click.

Can we export the reporting data to another system?

Yes, you can export the data in a number of different formats such as .CSV, PDF, Excel, Tiff and more.

How do I get my contacts into the CRM system?

Adding contacts is easy. You can manually add them through the website interface, you can import them using a CSV file, or you can use our Outlook add-on to automatically import all or some of your Outlook contacts directly into WildFire.

We also offer a complete web-service API that allows any existing 3rd party sourcing solution you have to programmatically add contacts into your contacts database.

Can I search resume databases from Monster or CareerBuilder?

Yes. With our new partnership with TalentDrive, we offer companies the ability to source resumes anywhere on the web. TalentDrive provides access to over 77.7 million resumes online in over 50,000 global resume locations.

What does your Outlook Add-On do?

Many people use Outlook as their personal contact management tool of choice. Our Outlook add-on enables you to keep all your local Outlook contacts in sync with your WildFire contact management system. Adding/updating or removing contacts from Outlook can be configured to auto-update WildFire. In addition, you can enable any new email is you receive to automatically add the person as a new contact in your WildFire system. We can also automatically track all correspondence you have in Outlook with your WildFire system.

How do I get my LinkedIn & Facebook contacts into the CRM?

Our Recruitment CRM module is directly integrated with LinkedIn, so you can review any contacts' LinkedIn Profile directly from the CRM interface. In addition, you can Sync Linked-In with Outlook, which in turn will auto-sync with WildFire. Or you can import your contacts from your social networking sites directly into WildFire using a CSV file.

What can I do with my contacts in my Recruitment Marketing Opt-In Database and Recruitment CRM?

We provide you with the ability to send out custom email campaigns to selected groups of your contacts about open job positions you are recruiting for. You can also search through your individual contacts and reach out to selected candidates that fit your desired parameters.

As many as you like! We have a minimal per email delivery charge based on volume of email deliveries purchased.

Can I customize the email message per job?

Yes, we have a complete Email Template designer that allows you to create unlimited amounts of email templates. Each template can merge data fields directly from the job record as well as the contact record, allowing you to create highly customized automated email marketing messages.

Can I send email marketing blasts to a specific set of contacts?

Yes, you can organize your contacts using hierarchical folders, tags or by creating Contact Pools. We offer a tremendous amount of functionality around allowing you to organize contacts so that you can send very focused email marketing messages.

How do you track the performance of email campaigns?

Each candidate that receives an email marketing message is uniquely tagged to both the job and individual email campaign you are running. We track the overall cost to send the email campaign, as well as the number of unique views and apply clicks. You will have detailed information on how many candidates actually viewed your email and which took action to respond.

What is a Web Commercial?

Simply put, a Web Commercial is a flash video that enables you to make a more powerful sales pitch than just a couple paragraphs of text. Imagine being able to walk a candidate through a customized Powerpoint presentation just for the job you're hiring for - that's a web commercial. The content that is included in a web commercial is totally up to you. It could consist of existing audio, video, or animated text that is used to create a unique presentation to a candidate. Using Microsoft Powerpoint as a starting point, you can upload your own presentations and media files to create a very exciting and compelling commercial that better sells your company and the job.

Why would I use a Web Commercial?

If you were asked to give a sales presentation to a prospective company, would your sales pitch consist of 2 paragraphs of text about what is great about your product? Or would you instead put together a compelling PowerPoint presentation that better conveys your messaging and what is great about your product? You get the idea.

How do I create a Web Commercial?

It's as easy as uploading your powerpoint presentation to WildFire and then choosing where the job specific data will be merged into the final flash video. WildFire will automatically merge the job details you choose into your uploaded powerpoint, convert it to the Flash Video format, and automatically link it to your job description. Adding video or audio to your presentation is easily accomplished through our media library.

Do you support Video?

Yes, you can upload any mpeg or AVI videos to WildFire. We can also use any existing videos you have on websites like YouTube. These videos can be automatically loaded into your final Flash presentation.

What is SEM Advertising?

Pay Per Click keyword advertising is the ability to place small keyword ad campaigns on the major search engines such as Google and Yahoo and other Ad supported sites. You purchase specific keywords and when users search on those terms, your ad appears on the right or left hand side of the page (depending on the site). Keyword ad campaigns have continued to dominate internet advertising and are a great way to reach very targeted pools of passive candidates.
